PROJECT OVERVIEW
The project is turnkey construction of 2 towers. The towers are composed of 3 common basements, common ground floor and 22 floors. Total built-up area is 105,000m2.
The first tower is a 5 stars hotel (Hilton) comprises 256 rooms. The second tower is a residential tower comprises 114 hotel apartments.
Scope of works includes all civil, architectural finishing, electromechanical and landscape works. The contractor is JV comprises Arabtec 55% (leader) and SIAC 45%.
