Our Subsidiary Company, SIAC Construction, Has Been Awarded “31 North Tower Skeleton” By Nile Developments

SIAC Construction is proud to sign the construction contract of the first private sector tower in the New Capital “31 North Tower” with Nile Developments.

The contract signing ceremony was held today, 05 June 2022.

The tower comprises 5 basements, a ground floor, and 33 floors.

The total tower height is 131 meters, and the total built-up area is 128,504 m2.

SIAC Construction's scope of work includes skeleton construction.
